Barry has over 28 years of appraisal experience and has been a real estate broker since 1977.
He has been teaching appraisal classes for over 20 years. He teaches at Sierra College in Rocklin and at Cosumnes River College in the Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento County .
He is a course provider, offering required courses for AR upgrade and some of the courses for the AL upgrade. He is also teaching the required USPAP course for licensing as an appraiser, or if you're required by OREA to take a course. He also offers the USPAP 7-hour course for license renewal. Courses offered include Basic Education and Continuing Education.
Barry and his wife, Marie, have four grown children and live in Roseville CA. Marie takes care of most of the administrative work for the courses and you will likely also meet her when you take one of Barry's classes.
